Meet ANYANWU
With over 28 years of experience in education, healing, and liberation-centered work, I created The Human Root to bring integrated wisdom to our community. It is an ecosystem devoted to embodied leadership and sustainable power.
My work rests on a simple but radical premise shaped by my own lived healing: power that is not regulated will eventually fragment. Leadership that is not embodied will eventually burn out. Healing that is not communal will eventually isolate.

Celebrating Brooklyn Entrepreneurship, May 31st at BRIC in downtown Brooklyn the human root is highlighted the accomplishments of the entrepreneurs who have advanced their businesses and achieved success with the support of SBS and our partner nonprofits, including Business Outreach Center (BOC), the Brooklyn Public Library, Bedford-Stuyvesant Restoration Corporation, the Center for Family Life and the Local Development Corporation of East New York (LDCNY).
